Work With Me

When you’re exhausted from fighting yourself, therapy offers a way through.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like

Therapy is a relationship. It's a space where we explore why you feel the way you do, not just what's happening on the surface. Together, we'll look at patterns that might have been with you for years and start to make sense of how they're showing up in your life now.

I'll help you see what's happening, but I won't tell you what to do. The work is about understanding yourself more clearly, so you can move through life with less doubt, less second-guessing, and more trust in yourself.

Sessions are weekly, which gives the work continuity and allows us to build trust over time.

How I can help

You want to stop doubting yourself at every turn. To trust your own feelings without needing constant reassurance. To feel steady instead of unsettled.

Through therapy, we'll work on:

  • Understanding why you second-guess everything and learning to trust yourself instead

  • Making sense of how your early relationships shaped you, so they stop controlling how you see yourself now

  • Figuring out who you are separate from what others expect or need from you

  • Navigating difficult family relationships, especially with your mother, without losing yourself

  • Setting boundaries without collapsing into guilt or fear
Developing a steadier, clearer sense of yourself

This is what therapy can help you build: a life where you feel more grounded, more certain, and more at home in yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy works best when there's time for trust to build and patterns to emerge. Some people work with me for around 10 sessions, others stay for much longer. We'll review as we go to make sure it still feels right for you.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a free 15 minute call here and you can book your initial appointment.

  • That's what the free call is for. We can talk about what you're struggling with and whether working together makes sense for you right now.

  • Yes, if that suits you. We can discuss what works best.

  • Yes. I'm dyslexic and neurodivergent myself, so I create sessions that work with how your brain actually processes. You're welcome to move, stim, fidget, or use your hands, whatever helps you stay present and engaged. We'll figure out what works best for you.
